1. How to buy?
Click on the contact me button and tell me which painting you wish to buy, rolled up or on the frame and in which country you would like it to be shipped to.
2. Where and how do you ship?
I ship from Romania,Europe to most of the countries in the world, in well packed boxes and with UPS / DHL / FedEx mainly, please contact me with any question.
3. How much is the shipping cost?
It depends by the location, artwork size, method of packaging (on the frame vs rolled up)
Contact me for a shipping fee quote.
4. How can I pay?
I accept Bank Transfers and PayPal.
5. What is included in the price?
Well first of all the Artwork :) and the hand signed certificate.
6. Return and Damage Policy
ORIGINAL PAINTINGS: While I strive to ensure your satisfaction, my paintings sales are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
It is my honor to work with you to make your experience a wonderful one and to make sure you are happy with your new art! If the artwork is damaged in any way during shipping, please contact me right away (and send along photos so that I can file an insurance claim). You may choose a new piece or I can issue you a refund (less shipping charges).
7. How long does it take to ship?
First thing first I need to get official paperwork from a Notary for the artwork after that I need to get an export certificate from the Regional Ministry of Culture because without these I can't send/export the painting outside of the country, this procedure takes around two weeks after that the moment I get the paperworks I create the request for the shipping company to pick up the painting.
